Scope and laws
This policy explains how we process personal data on this website. We apply the UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data (PDPL) and, for visitors in the European Union and EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Server log data
When you visit the site, our hosting provider automatically processes technical data such as IP address, date and time, page requested and browser type, to deliver the site and keep it secure. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs are kept only as long as required for security.
Contact and request forms
When you send a form we process the data you enter (such as name, company, email, phone, volumes and message) to answer your request and to prepare an offer or contract. Legal basis: your consent and steps prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR). The data is sent to our business mailbox and kept for as long as needed for the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and for statutory retention periods.
No cookies, no tracking
This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. Fonts are hosted on our own server. The Google map on the contact page is only loaded after you click “Show map”; Google then receives your IP address and may set cookies under its own privacy policy.
Recipients and transfers
Data is processed by our hosting provider (server located in the European Union) and, where needed to handle your request, by affiliated companies of our group. Where data is transferred between the UAE and the EU, we rely on appropriate safeguards as required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and port your data, to object to processing and to withdraw consent at any time with effect for the future. Contact us at the email above. You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, for example the UAE Data Office or the data protection authority in your EU country.
Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always available on this page. Last updated: 11 October 2026.
